XinYang->Away from 30th Nov-5th Dec
BQ-> Away from 4th Dec-21st Dec
JiaEn-> Away from 26 Dec-28th Dec
AND CLS will be overseas from 2nd Dec-14th Dec, which means that we can't hold the gathering on the 8th. So basically, we are left with VERY FEW OPTIONS.
Option 1: 1st December 2006 (Rushed, but if we can handle it, its the best date. Denise and XinYang can't make it.)
Option 2: 20th, 21st or 22nd December 2006 (CanXiang can't make it for all of these dates, BQ can't make it on the 20th & 21st, Diane can't make it on the 22nd.)
Option 3: 1st January 2007 (Not prefered because it might be inconvienient for our host.)

Okay we've decided the rather final plan:
Venue: SR's House (23 Gallop Park)
Time: 5pm-8pm
Date: 1st December (This Friday)
Dress Code: Party (DON'T COME IN A TUX OKAY?!)
Price: Free, but please bring food because we will be having a pot luck dinner (If you don't bring food then you don't eat!).
Attendance is strongly encouraged, but not compulsory (But if you don't come we'll hate you for life.) xP Just Kidding.
